Intro
Hi, I’m Cody, and this summer I’m taking ENGL 5369 Discourse and Technology. More information about me is available on my About page, but for the sake of meeting requirements:

Requirements
The regularly recurring work for this class consists of writing weekly posts to reflect on both assigned readings and Black Mirror episodes. Every post in this series will be available on the 5369 page. Feel free to use the RSS feed in the footer of that page to keep me honest.
Although the above clip basically summarizes every Black Mirror episode, each multimodal post should:
- Recap the episode.
- Include my reaction.
- Relate back to our current societal condition.
- Tie in with the assigned readings.
- Include a discussion question.
That list is included in the syllabus, but summarizing it here helps me synthesize (and will be more convenient to revisit when I inevitably forget something).
